        The truth is coming out about Park District. Yesterdays news with an incompetent management team. Maybe they are competent, just lazy. As others have mentioned they will charge a huge fee in the way out for the cheap finishes they had normal wear and tear. The price is insulting, no wonder there is so much turnover.

        This property is hands-down, one of my favorite properties in the Dallas metroplex. The floor to ceiling windows are out of this world with the best views of downtown Dallas. The finish outs are top notch quality with very spacious floorplans. Location is prime. The property reflects its quality and price. 5 stars

        Have not received our $5000 deposit and prorated rent back after 4 months. Charged $3000 for normal wear and tear (as determined by an attorney) to the wood floors. Had to retain legal counsel to demand our deposit back and are still waiting to hear back. The amenities are mediocre and not worth this hassle - you can find better elsewhere.
