The Courtyards at Lower Greenville

Moved here from Virginia three years ago and stayed in this unit for 2 years. Nice location, nice unit and reasonably priced in the beginning. Base rent went from $1075 > $1160 > $1435. Just couldn't see myself spending upwards of $1500 on a 515 sqft unit. Property Manager was always responsive when I had questions. Maintenance fulfilled workorders really quickly. Pest control definitely came in handy and whatever they used was a good solution. Gated building w/ gated parking in the back. Appreciate that they kept the fees to a minimum here. I really miss living in the area.

Ive been a resident now for 2 years. This isnt my first apt in the Dallas area and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Rent is very pricy for the area and is listed as luxury apartments and its fair from it. Paper thin walls , parking gate thats always broken, homeless people walking where we have secure park , and the constant intrusion of privacy. In my two years I have sent many emails to the property manager and have been treated with absolutely zero help. It seems we have a mandatory or just a surprise visit from various people with little and sometimes absolutely zero prior communication. Make sure to look around the area for better priced properties!!! Dont let the outdoor modern look fool you, these apartments are just as cheaply made as the service provided.

This wasnt the worst place to live, but I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone else live there. They advertised the floors were all hard flooring in all their pictures, but once we arrived the bedrooms had carpet which was not what we looking for. Thats not so much their fault but I do wish they had pictures of a unit that looked like the one we were applying for. There were cockroaches that were crawling around inside and outside the units, even though our unit was very clean. The rent was pricey, which we didnt realize since we are not from the area. I would sum up by saying the courtyards(and most Indio management apartments Ive driven by or seen) are made to look very nice and modern for very cheap. I dont have super super negative things or positive things to say other than the staff seemed relatively nice, but we didnt have too many interactions with them.
