        I'll be moving into my new unit next week, I'm super excited. Denise has kept great communication with me, even through snow storms and a pandemic, they made sure I was able to tour my Unit!

        I was working with 2 locators/brokers to find a new apartment. I travel >80% so I didn't need a huge space. However, I can qualify for a larger space if needed. Frank with Adam Hats really needs to work on his communication skills. When he emailed locator #1 terms on a unit, he gave me attitude when locator #2 asked him to honor it. He gave me the " take it or leave it" line as well as stating I was somehow not the type of person (probably referring to my skin color or veteran status) that belongs at Adam Hats. Just enough insult and discrimination to motivate me to just sign a 15 months lease in Bishop Arts far away from Frank and his racist attitudes.
