        Great property with great location, I can not even describe how unique and comfortable this building is and has so much to offer from the amenities to the views to even how calm and noise resistant the apartments are. Definitely an amazing recommendation to anyone trying to get an experience with Dallas or downtown living.

        1900 Pacific is Incredible!!! Kim & Hallie are Outstanding and cant forget about Dan and John they are so welcoming!! Everyone here is extremely friendly, needless to say the building is always clean and anytime I need help with anything theyre always ready to help right away. The views from the rooftop and all the amenities that are provided here are Top-notch! Definitely recommend giving it a tour if you plan on moving to downtown Dallas. There are so many great parks, restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the building!

        This apartment is a complete scam. The pool is so dirty it became its own living ecosystem. When you put in a request to get something fixed they speak to you in a condescending way and act like everything is fine. They don't fix anything, and it's a waste of money. Be careful if you're thinking about renting here.

        All the 5 star reviews are from residents that have been harassed constantly to go make one online. Since you live there its really hard to put an honest review. Would not recommend this place. Its overpriced and they lie to you during the tour to get you in. The rooftop pool is constantly filled with cigarette butts and is so dirty you cant even enjoy it. Good luck trying to find somewhere to sit in relax. All the chairs look like theyve been through hell and back

        1900 Pacific Residences has been my home for several years now. The reasons that I renew my lease are simple. Its a beautiful property. The leasing staff, in particular Kim and Dan are simply delightful to interact with and never make the residents feel as if we are a distraction, never rude or unkind in anyway to current or potential residents. The building is clean. The rooftop is amazing! The location is great as well!

      To the reader, We have no record of Dianna Smaurs residing or touring at 1900 Pacific. Nevertheless, we would like to address the issues raised in this review for those concerned about the statements made above: Regarding the pool, we have the daily log and it appears likely that the photoshopped photo of the pool gives a misleading impression of our well-maintained amenities. Regarding maintenance requests, we have a strong track record of completing over 50% of work orders on the same day they are submitted. Our preventative maintenance schedule covers repairs, replacements, and upkeep throughout the building, including units, hallways, amenities, and more. Our aim is to provide a beautiful and well-maintained home for all our residents.Thank you for your interest!

      Laura – We appreciate your feedback, but we must clarify that our records show no history of you living or visiting our property. Regarding your review, it seems inaccurate. Our pool is not full of cigarette butts, we are a non -smoking property, and any instances of smoking should be reported to the office.Our Pool is tested daily for Ph, FAC, CC, Alk, CH, and CYA. All results are recorded in a pool log and results are kept for two years. We take great pride in testing chemical parameters every single day. We respectfully and strongly disagree that the pool pictures are current as you say. From the look of the plants in the background it appears these photos were taken in July.We have the daily log and it appears likely that the photoshopped photo of the pool gives a misleading impression of our well-maintained amenities. In fact, the majority of feedback received from our guests who tour our property relates to the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of our community amenities.We appreciate all feedback - good or bad, as long as it's accurate.
