Okay it is horrible but no one here explains why. Here, no 1, they charge for literally everything. You want to throw furniture out? Well better figure out how to put all your mattresses, couches or chairs and tables all in the 2 dumpsters we have or you get fined 300 dollars. Need anything fixed in your home? Thousands of dollars for the smallest things, like scratches or handles falling off from horrible service. We have bikes in our home, and we put them out near our staircase, on our own area, and they came to us the next day getting us in trouble. We couldnt put a single piece of cloth over the railing, not just a single shirt to dry or they call us for it, let alone a rug. The service men or staff are horrible, extremely rude, and dont care about our situations. Just there to enforce horrible rules on, our, own, homes we pay for. They even put cameras right next to our own doors. Literally inches away. We even had our car robbed living here, while they were renovating the place, and all of a sudden none of their cameras near the storages were working and they left us to deal with it on our own. Horrible horrible place dont live here whatever you do.
