        I came in today to look at these apartments due to my current community going so high on rent. Once I walked in I felt so welcomed by Sonia and Ashley. I’m lookin forwarded to leasing with them at the end of my lease in February . I am not a fan of my current community due to the front office. Knowing I had a great experience with the assistant manger and property manager I feel like this property is my next home!

        I had a tour with these apartments and it was a great experience. The young woman that gave me a tour, Sonia, was Very friendly and helpful!

        If you want to be treated poorly by office staff and management apply within... EDIT 5/19: Called you and left a message on that number over a week ago based on your generic response to other reviews J. Erin Brodie. You didn't call back then and not going to assume you will now. Gaines properties are a joke when it comes to Customer Service.
