        We came to Prestige in hopes to offer our services of Free meals to the children of this community. Little did we know just how welcoming Angie the property manager really was. She does so much for her community that we just clicked & without hesitation she brought us in so we could serve FREE meals to the children 5 days a week! She informed us how she does events for the families here and even holds a back to school supplies giveaway! You dont see that as often as we should & I am so pleased to have connected with someone who has the same vision for the kids as we do.

        I have lived here for 4 years now. I've never experienced nothing but good and positive things at this property. Lots of families. The office staff treats you like you are a part of their family. Angie and Alexys are always on top of everything.

        This place looks like a salvage car lot. Broken down cars everywhere. There is no pretty landscape, and hasnt been for almost a year. The winter freeze had nothing to do with the missing landscape. Trash, dog poop, etc everywhere. The Shell at the corner has better looking grounds than this place. Unit is not maintained OLD dated appliances. No premium amenities as advertised. Nothing spectacular about this dump. Overly priced dump. HARD PASS!

The amenities and appliances we offer are representative of what is shown on our website. We also have pet stations all over the community for dog owners to use. We have staff pick up the grounds every morning. If we ever miss something, feel free to let us know and we will gladly take care of it.
