Gateway at Cypress Creek

First and foremost, I wish I could give 0 stars for the HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and TRAUMATIC experience Ive had with the Gateway at Cypress Creek! If you are a person of color - AFRICAN AMERICAN - do not move here. The property manager Marisol Eliosa is a RACIST, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL CON ARTIST. She targets the African American community and preys on our downfalls . She is so deceitful and nasty, she has no human interpersonal skills for people of color. She gets amusement from filing evictions on people of color but will waive fees for other ethnicities.. This is NOT a second chance property, do not move in here. This racist refused to take rent from me after only being 7 days late just to accuse me of breaking my lease after she filed eviction on me and sent a balance to collections for $18,000!!!!!!! Is this a second chance property or not?! I ONLY LIVED HERE 4.5 MONTHS, AND I HAD A 12 month lease. My car was towed 3 times PURPOSELY and it was registered with the office.. the homeless are able to enter, WALK the property, and beg for money. there are no security cameras nor is there any type of security guard.. the valet trash is picked up once a week and thats no guarantee. This racist entered my unit without my consent and gave me 4 additional leasing violations as retaliation for me going to Texas county clerk to pay my rent in FULL that she REFUSED to take. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The unit had ants, the walls are paper thin and the paint is CHEAP. There is no real maintenance man.. any maintenance that has to be completed you are required to come out of pocket for THESE APARTMENTS ARE A SCAM!!! Based on the parking lot NOBODY IS MAKING 3x THE RENT!!!! NOT EVEN THE PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!

As a realtor, I can say this apartment complex is a Go for me! Candice and Stephanie were super helpful with my clients. Marisol the manager is awesome to work with as well. Community is clean, good prices, dog park, garage option, would recommend if you want to stay in cypress area.

I would not move here. My car has been towed from the parking lot twice and the first time my vehicle was listed on my lease and this time I know my vehicle was register with the apartments because I made sure of after the first time it was towed and I when I went to corporate they were only willing to talk to me in writing not over the phone. The manager makes promises she doesnt deliver on and honestly moving here has been a nightmare. I would not move here if I were any of you
