Trashy property, poor management, roach infested,very poor lighting and maintenance does not fix your issues. Also surrounded by vagrants. Management doesn't address issues and doesn't seem to care

Well things have changed here new owners the pool is being kept up but there are 79 units here and we only have 3 washing machines and we keep getting different manager's this plase is going down hill fast

Roach infestation in adjoining apartment, they did a clean out spray of their's but not mine so guess who now has an infestation, they lied about doing a complete clean out of ours, came back and did 2 quick squirts while my husband was there and left. There's a whole in my ceiling that's been leaking on my couch for 1.5 years now, they turn our water off every week and when we do have water we have to run it for 15 to 20 minutes just for it to get Luke warm, so we have to pay for huge water bill. Ive been living here for 4 years and the apartment have gone through alot of owners .we have new owner who just bought the apartmenrs in December of 2022 they are really getting things done these owners really care about the tendents here and the manger Brittany is so amazing she goes out of her way to make us feel loved here at Carmel Manor apartments i can say since Brittany and the new owners have taken over the pool and grounds have really been kept up its the cleanest i have ever seen it they are getting things done around here i am so happy and i love living here this will always be my forever home , we have the sweetiest manager you can ever ask for, Brittany has done so much for these apartments she is a blessing from God . The apartments are huge and the neighbors here are very friendly and we watch out for each other come make Carmel Manor your home and we are pet friendly. You will love it here .
