Thank goodness for young ladies like Madison Ruyter that go the extra mile to make sure your granddaughter is safe and happy!! She was just amazing getting us the perfect spot for rental and following up to make sure we were happy. She is one in a million!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! They know that we are all broke college students yet they try and squeeze every penny they can out of u. And not to mention that if your roomates dont like u they can throw any violation they want at you without any proof. Also the lease is a trap they will trick you into thinking you havent signed your primary lease and get you to sign one for a whole other year. And the only way to break your lease is if you pay it off entirely which is thousands of dollars or if u find someone who will take it which is incredibly difficult seeing as this place is a living hell.

I like living here front office is really nice they are always doing give always and the facilities are clean. it's only not 5 stars because you can't see the apartments before you move in. when we moved in it there was very strong cat pee smell and the apartments was not cleaned. Also our floors are very scratched up

Great location for TAMU-CC students. Affordable if you want a separate bedroom with restroom. Supportive management.
