I moved in back in November, I have not had any problems since i moved in. I love it here!! Its a nice a quiet complex! Maintenance is the Best, and i have not had any Roaches, or insects since weve been here. If your one of the ones that commented about roaches yall were just PLANEEEE DIRTYYY!!!!!! THAT WAS A YOU PROBLEM!!!!

Ive lived here for a year and a half, anytime something needs to be fixed they come right away! It's very pet friendly, very nice and it's a safe community!

Scam they take deposit and refuse to give it back was never warned about it and became a he said she said argument con artist along with shady business practices!

I dont even want to give this place any stars, this was absolute trash, bunch of wastes of space in the management office. They never picked up the phones or responded to emails, the wood is rotting inside the apartment, the roach infestation is terrible and they stated before move in that pest control would be by monthly, never saw them once and since no one answers the phones couldn't request for it, and they don't give you inspection checklists for move in or move out so they can screw you over and charge you when you move out for damages that you CANNOT dispute. NEVER MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE!

Good for the price, never had any problems with management or neighbors, never had my car broken into nothing stolen. Its not a high end place but you will save money on rent. Adjust your expectations. Good people here, lotsa cats, never noisy, next to Oso trail. Really nothing negative to say about this place I had a great experience. Thank you
