The location was a fine place. The service at the hotel was below par. The front desk was friendly enough when you could get someone from the back office. We had to run down to the lobby each time we wanted a towel or toiletries. However the worst part was the lack of housekeeping. We had multiple days were they just did not service the room. No towels no made beds and we begged for a vacuum and they just would not do it. I had it in mind to ask for a day refund due to the poor service but the general manager was not available. Overall I will choose another on my return trips.

Great location, right off the highway! Close to shopping and restaurants. TownePlace Suites is exceptionally clean and breakfast is included. Waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and oatmeal.
Great customer service at the front desk too. I'll definitely come back !

Really was not expecting to be so in love with this property LOL. If only Houston had a Towneplace just like this one..
Beautiful modern updated Towneplace. Breakfast was also delicious & had a good variety. Coffee all day. Platinum Elite or higher members get a goodie bag. I really enjoyed my chocolate coins. They provide the ScrubMommy in the rooms. What more can you ask for? Thank you to Ciara for such a lovely check in.
Walkability: There is one restaurant/bar that is walkable - 7 min walk. I think its called Walk or something like that.

I stayed here back in October of 2020. The rooms were nice, and the breakfast was good. They even served hot cocoa! The location was good as we had a view of a whole neighbourhood from our high floor.
