If you could find something better please do so, do your research thoroughly....this is not the one to select. I didn't know this area much when I selected this place during move my move from another state. We were treated so horribly at this place. But, I truly want to save you the heartache and money. Please take notice people of these reviews!!

Me & my co-worker stayed for a month and we are used to the hotel living lifestyle, Woodspring Suites Hotel in Conroe accommodated our needs exceptionally. Mrs. Amber, Destiny & Kristen went out of their way to demonstrate customer service the way it ought to be done. Saludos!!!

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at in my life! Theyre nothing but crooked horrible people who dont care about others clearly! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place! They use drugs in the parking lot with other guests. The manager is one of the worst Ive ever come in contact with. She bullys guest and believes its okay to do so. Its exactly why I packed up and left with a few days left on my room because I was so distraught of how I was treated. When I checked out they didnt even bother to give me a receipt or offer me a refund for the remainder of my days left. They sent someone to the front who doesnt normally even work the front. The head lady and Amber didnt even bother to say anything and were gossiping about guests with the manager on the phone. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism in a workplace before. I highly suggest this place clean house and find people who actually care about others and their jobs. Clearly they dont that much. Mold in the bathroom, bath tub, roaches, not offered linen service every 2 wks as claimed. So I treated the bathroom with bleach and also sprayed room down to keep roaches out. Shower curtain was disgusting so I replaced it myself. You want an actual hotel do not stay here!

When checking in they had the paperwork ready which was great but it went down hill from there
The room is totally outdated and the burners are finicky when using them
The stairways are full of urine and poop and are not get cleaned up for days
I like using the stairway usually but stopped using it because the urine was so strong it made me sick
The poop was outside my door one night no one cleans up after their dog whatsoever its not enforced by management
The woman managing the property is Destinity and she doesnt do anything to clean the property its a mess I did see her open Christmas decorations though
The beds are not good at all they are double beds and they are worn out they hurt my back and needed to use a heating pad and used meds to help and sheets dont fit they come off all the time
The awful elevator if you are in no hurry and have a lot of spare time then its perfect for you old outdated and my dog hated the dinging its so slow
Washers you put your clothes in them then get a fault code then have to take them back out and put them in another one
Trash can was removed no place to put laundry sheets and lint
Clothes all over the top of the washers
Glass outside the door facing the highway broken not cleaned up
Colored woman smoking pot outside by the trash can gagging smoking it is really bad
You can smell pot all the time
I checked on the laws and its illegal to smoke pot in public where is management?
I wouldnt recommend it currently but if they can get new management and clean it up it would be a nice place but only then no one currently works there now has the knowledge to clean it up
I stayed there over a month and probably still be there if it wasnt so bad its expensive and no amenities not even toilet paper they were out. Cant get sheets cleaned have to wash them myself awful
