Very bad tax sevice . When taking the money they said its going to be few days to ship out the paperwork to irs.They took my money and didnt ship my itin tax paper work. called them up mutiple times they said its going to take few more days. Finally one day when I called them asking what is the status they said its going to take few more weeks. Weeks!!! I say I said iam going to take back the paperwork and do ITIN somewhere else and requested a refund. They said were going refund but only refunded 100$ (it was only 90$ but argued for 110$ atleast finally came to 100$) and kept remaining 20$ even though its their fault for the delay. Dont file anything here . stay away from this agency!!!

went there for a 2019 tax return that needed to redone and sent out. They told me everything was good, but its been three years and I have not heard back from the IRS, when I called them they told me that I had to go through the people that did my paperwork so they can file an extension and they did not help me whatsoever, they charged me almost $300 to redo it and they didnt even do the paperwork right or sent it out to the correct address. The lady whose daughters of the owners is very unprofessional and will not give any refunds, or assist on the case afterwards.

I have had a very bad experience. I do not recommend it, they do not look for a way to help one pay less. They also charge much more than elsewhere. I will never go back there again.
