Dear Lemuel, the tax return is a responsibility of two parties, the taxpayer and the preparer. Therefore you must check and ensure that all your information is correct and complete on your forms and inform us of any incorrect details. Your refund took so long to be deposited into your account because you did not give us your complete job information, you were missing a w2 from one of your jobs, we called you several times to remind you that your return was pending until you decided to remove it. the information about that job because you couldn't get the w2 and although it was explained to you that it was not the right thing to do, you decided to do it. As a result, your refund took too long, not because of the incorrect address but because of the incomplete information. I do not consider that we gave you a bad service since we were always aware of your entire process, unfortunately this happens when people do not bring their complete and correct information. For my part, I take responsibility and apologize for the mistake that the preparer made with your address. (we are imperfect humans)
