Business Owners Be Warned....
I was a client of this firms for 4 years. I got a call 3 days before the filing deadline that they would not do my return that year. They charged me full price for my return they never filed and then wouldn't release the draft of my return they'd prepared and I'd been charged for to my new CPA and so I had to pay double.
Then, we had a bill that was paid twice and they would not return the overpaid invoice. They essentially stole a few thousand dollars from my firm.
I had a couple other business owner friends who'd left this firm before me for similar reasons but I stuck it out because I didn't want the hassle of moving. I should have been more proactive. Highly caution!
