        The Preserve at Old Dowlen is by far the best complex in the Southeast Texas area. The whole environment screams vacation resort with the tenants being some of the best people I have ever met. And, what can I say about the front office staff! Truly, an awesome group of Ladies who go above and beyond everyday to ensure their tenants' are well taken care of! And, the maintenance crew is some of the most hardest working individuals Ive had the pleasure of meeting! What the front office crew cant handle the maintenance crew is always there to assist with whatever needs to be met by the end of the day! The staffing is one of the biggest reasons why I picked The Preserve and absolutely do not regret my decision. I hope the Staff are a part of the on-site management team as long as I'm a resident here! And, someone please give these guys a raise! A talented team like this is hard to come by!!!

        Very clean complex. Units are well maintained by neighboring tenants and maintenance. Very nice amenities. The management team was very friendly throughout our lease and helped us make our house a place we could call home.

        This is my first apartment in Beaumont & its always been on the more luxurious & reasonably priced apartments side. I personally prefer not to pay $30 for valet trash, as they arent as reliable as Id assumed they would be. And parking can be difficult. I also hate that the windows on the street side are not sound proof. But every time Ive had an issue w/ maintenance, Im always accommodated immediately. The staff at the front are always kind & extremely helpful. The apartment is nice. I stay in a 2 bed/2 bath Sapphire floor plan. Its pretty big, too. & Ive loved my time here. Hopefully the carpet is removed in the future, though.
