SERVPRO Of North Central Austin

The servpro tech missed a room and caused my whole home to need additional fans and service for 3 days. Obviously an honest mistake, and unfortunate, but the real miss was when they wouldn't return phone calls. I wanted to discuss the bill after they charged me full freight for the additional time despite their error. Timely and efficient but very disappointing practice. I won't trust working with them again.

UPDATE: We were initially instructed to pay ServePro our deductible, and later informed the insurance company paid and we were due a full refund by ServePro. It's been weeks, and I haven't received a check or communication from the company after multiple attempts. Very concerning. After our house flooded, they were on site within 2 hours and there daily until it was dry. The crew was professional, helpful, and able to address our many questions through the process. In a terrible home situation, I was glad they were assigned to us. Service: Flood restoration

Servepro of North Central Austin took care of my home after a sewer backup. The backup happened late in the evening. They worked until early morning and came several days after to assess the environment while it dried. A hydrogen peroxide solution was sprayed on all affected surfaces. A new crew was sent out to demo the drywalls, baseboards, and carpets. Again a great team was sent. I am so grateful for the service they provided and the crews genuinely cared and worked hard to make sure my home would be back to normal ASAP. Hopefully I will never need their services in the future, but if I do I will 100% use their services again. I can only speak to the restoration side of their business. This project took 5 months from start to finish to complete what shouldve have taken a few days. This involved a 3-month stay in a hotel which could have been avoided. Besides being unresponsive, after several phone calls, messages and emails they would would just send contractors without notice to do work when nobody was home OR the contractor would never show up after taking off work because the project manager forgot to send the work order. What I will say is that their baseboard subcontractor did an excellent job but I had to have the subcontractor that installed the flooring come back to fix problem areas that were discovered by me and the foreman. I got so frustrated with the entire process that I decided not to have them do anymore work beyond the flooring. Service: Flooring
