        We called Namco Water Damage & Restoration after we found water on our kitchen floor. I really didn't want them to demolish anything so the technician said they would try to dry it without removal. John came out to check on the progress and explained they needed to remove some damaged floor. He explained that it was necessary so I agreed and I am happy that he was honest with me about what really needed to be done. They came out and treated my wife and me like their only customer. I wouldn't call anyone else.

        I hired Namco Water Damage & Restoration for a dry-out job at my mom's home. I initially spoke with Rick who was extremely helpful and willing to assist me with my needs. His team placed equipment in the home and tested its effectiveness every day for 7 days. I highly recommend them especially if you are not going through an insurance claim and need to pay out of pocket. I thank Rick and his entire team for their knowledge and professionalism.
