My apartment flooded and I didnt know what to do, so I called maintenance, and Mark from Servpro was dispatched with his team of highly professional and competent individuals. When Servpro got to my unit, they really knew what they were doing, and didnt hesitate to get to work. First, they began by vacuuming all the excess water, moving all appliances necessary to get into hard to reach places. Then they did some measurements and eventually moved box fans and dehumidifiers into the unit. The temperature rose to near 100F due to the dehumidifiers, and the noise level was high because of the many fans, so I stayed with a friend. Ultimately, Im just happy the work was done well and done right. Service: Flood cleanup

The dispatcher just hung up on me 4 times in a row before I could even tell her what I needed and now is not answering. Hell of a way to treat a potential customer who is trying to take care of a flood emergency. 0 stars.
