PuroClean of West Austin

Had worked with PuroClean last year after dealing with a leak on a pipe in the bathroom. However, being new to dealing with this I didn't know what to expect or understanding. After now working through a rebuild, I have had time to reflect and realize that there was way more done than needed to which cranked up extensive costs. I think that understanding the problem more would have been helpful instead of just cutting and tearing down everything for no reason. The rebuild/estimate process needed work too. It was extremely frustrating to be in the middle of insurance and PuroClean. PuroClean wasn't straight forward on estimates and pricing. I walked away. Be careful in who you choose for your restoration services.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and immediately called Puroclean to locate the leak and do any necessary work to make sure the area was free from water. They identified the source of the leak, checked for water seepage all around the cabinets, and placed a high powered fan in the area to dry it out completely. Fortunately, the leak had not spread beyond the cabinet under the sink. We are very pleased with their response time and the thoroughness of their work.

We were very pleased with all the work PuroClean did removing our mold from our home. They were done ahead of schedule and did an excellent quality work and and ver clean. Great workmanship and friendly. Thank you to Luis, Waldo, and Eddie.
