        Albert has been our technician before, and does a great job! He is very good at communicating how he will execute the cleaning, and how we should manage while the carpets are drying. Our carpets are old, and he goes above and beyond to insure the best results possible.

I requested to have Albert come to clean my carpets as I had been very happy with his work and attitude in the past and he didnt disappoint. He was polite, diligent and answered all my questions. And the end result of his efforts were great! Would definitely recommend him and The Steam Team.
