First day contractors left trash and debris on our front lawn. They also turned the AC down to 50 at the same time leaving the doors and windows open. Back door and bedroom windows were left unlocked. In addition, they did NOT scramble the code to the lockbox. All on the first day. Towards the end of work, big piece of drywall was left outside on our back patio and it had fallen on some sentimental plants and pottery. There was no attention to detail. They were only apologetic with no real remorse or intention to make things right. Service: Flooring

Company is great just Cara the manager isnt. Very moody and picky I worked here for about 3 weeks and I was still Learning and she comes to Me and says I dont participate which I was always helping out while learning and I was coming in to work with a good mood until she had a bad vibe she seems to pick on certain people also just finds reasons to fire people . How can a person learn when your so quick to fire people? Wouldnt recommend working here for the people who are trying to learn something new .

Emergency was met with professionalism and efficiency. We had an air conditioner leak that spilled in our showroom and caused quite a mess. I called and spoke with Cara and within hours our carpets are in showroom condition. The guys were so kind and protected the furniture throughout this process. Thanks again and we are back in business!
