I had 3 months warrant coverage on a vehicle and they never fixed my car issue, they also messed up the paperwork regarding my name and I had issues trading in my vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

We went to West Auto Sales while we were on vacation. I saw what I wanted on CarGurus and visited them. The 2018 Nissan Pathfinder was very clean, in impeccable shape. Sal was very fast and courteous, respecting our time as we were on vacation. I highly recommend his help. They run a great operation there. Thanks guys!

Buyer Beware. We had been looking at a 2006 Toyota Highlander they advertised. A higher mileage repo car that they had been doing repairs on for over a week. They had done some repairs on the vehicle including replacing brakes all around and some fluid changes. Since we had not taken the Highlander for a test ride we asked about how was the AC/Heater working, we were told they working fine but on a 20+ minute test drive the AC did not appear to be working and the AC light was blinking which when we googled the sympton, several diagnostic replies said AC compressor related issues. Also the Temp Control Knob seemed to be sticking, the Heater worked initially but later did not seem to engage. Not sure if that was a control knob or heater core issue. An AC or heater core issue could be expensive. Also questioned if they were going to finish changing all the vehicle fluids which several appeared to be needing fresh fluid including the transmission fluid. They said they would take care of the radiator fluid, brake fluid and oil, not the transmission fluid. Vehicle was close to 200k mileage, seems like all fluids should have been changed out. The test ride was good on the car but the AC/Heater was definitely a concern. They said I could take it to my mechanic if they did not sell it but several buyers were already looking at it. Also stereo system was missing. They were not going to replace it.
