Wish I could have posted a great review since I bought TWO cars from them at the same time, but unfortunately I experienced the same as most of the BBB reviews say about R&D, lies and poor customer service, actually they are down right unapologetically rude and unproffesional with the way they treat their customers. Gabby and the mechanics flat out lied to me about work they had done, after keeping each of my vehicles for over a month, claiming they made repairs that were agreed upon at time of purchase. I still have one vehicle sitting at their shop which they still won't produce receipts for fixing, even after they admitted their employees lied and never changed the oil or timing belt and returned the car to us with zero coolant causing it to break down and need to be towed. And we have one vehicle sitting at the house on two flat tires, which they were supposed to replace, and no proof they changed the solenoid/shift sensor which is still causing the vehicle to jerk in and out of gears. Why would I blindly trust them again without seeing receipts for parts and work done, after they already admitted their workers lied about repairing my vehicles in the first place? They also refuse to get the the owner Robert Dunbar on the phone to speak with me. So now after 2 months of the run around and no word from the owner I'm being forced to get an attorney and sue them because I'm not the type to take this sort of deception towards a consumer, that purchased TWO vehicles, lightly. Let my mistake be enough for you to avoid this place at all cost!

Although we ended up going with another dealership, it wasn't because of dislike of this place. They were straightforward with their pricing, inventory, and what they honestly thought about the car. Nice cars, friendly service.. Mike over at the "south" location helped us out. I would suggest that guy

Shady shady shady, give you a deal then decide not to oblige by the offer placed or agreement was not kept on there end at the end,. My friend applied for a vehicle was told they would take ,1500 down on a SUV gets down there and was told I'm sorry but my boss said 3900 email after email confirming it would only be 1500 smh not good business STAY AWAY FROM R & D MOTORS unless you like being lied to. Shame Shame for on y'all
