From the very first contact to the end of my selling my vehicle, it was easy and stress free. Jenn was amazing. I like that it's a no pressure way of doing things. After the appraisal they made the offer. I couldn't turn in my car just then but Jenn offered to enter all the details for when I got there the next day. I simply signed a couple of forms and in less than 30 minutes the sale was completed. Excellent experience.

I was trying to sell my car, got a quote from caravana and Carmax and almost decided to sell my car to one of them. In the last minute we got to know about EchoPark and checked them out without high hopes but they turned out to be the best. We worked with Jenn Coufal for our selling process, she was very professional, thorough, honest and made the whole process seamless and not to forget they gave us a much better price compared to the other dealers. I would go back to this place without a second thought if I want to buy or sell again!
