Buyer beware. No matter where you purchase a vehicle from, have it checked by a reputable mechanic before making a purchase. For that reason I take responsibility for the following review. An as is warranty is just that and they are no lemon laws to protect you once you have signed you understand that. The very next day after I bought a van from Sal it started to smoke and the check engine light came on. It's currently in the shop waiting on a engine replacement. I saw the van posted on Craigslist and I thought it was actually a private owner selling it. To my surprise I find it was a dealership. They were red flags from the beginning, again, my fault for not adhering to them. The place looked in shambles, outside and inside. It looks nothing like the pictures you see advertised on his website. I also could tell he was in a rush and although I initially wanted to to have it looked over first Sal assured me it had been inspected. I recently lost my job earlier this month. I called myself purchasing a cash vehicle because I was unable to make payments on my other car and had to turn it in. Because of mypoor decision I am just about out of money and will have to move my family out of our apartment. All I'm trying to say is do not purchase anything from him without getting it looked at first. Sal did respond when I mentioned all this to him but nothing more.
