Bought a 2013 Honda Fit 5-speed manual. I was recommended a pre-purchase inspection from Auto-PI from my sales agent KW. I told them I would only be able to get there in a week or so and they held the car for me. I did have a pre-approved loan, so that probably helped, but the reality is that these guys are honest used car dealers and that's something I can appreciate. I asked them how they got their cars and apparently the owner is just passionate about it and they go to auction (usually) and only pick out good cars. My Honda fit was a car that they got from auction and the only thing wrong with it is from it being a ten year old car. They even gave me a free battery once Auto-PI tested it because they didn't want me to break down on the way back home. They were definitely firm on the price, but honestly I got a 2013 Honda for 13900 (not including tax) that had 52000 miles on it. The only thing I've needed to do was change the brakes/rotors and I put in some new spark plugs. I had all of the fluids changed for peace of mind and none of this would be considered out of the ordinary. Just routine maintenance for a ten year old car. Honestly it's a pretty good spot. I visited about two or three other used car lots and they frankly don't give two sh*ts about quality and will try to sell you a flintstone-mobile if they could trick you into it. These are good, honest people trying to make a living.

If more dealers were like Todd and his people working with him the car buying process wouldn't be so dreadful. He went the extra mile to detail the car and even fill the gas. He was the first dealer I ever met that had a trustworthy demeanor. I bought my CTS and it was the smoothest process I have had thus far. He has beautiful, reliable vehicles that are fairly priced. I love my car and am happy I found a place to buy my vehicles in Texas. I was so happy until 2 weeks later and a service bill of $4806 after paying my whole savings of $21,319 in cash. I am now losing my home this car has literally broke me and when I called and asked for help i was given the run around and than not answered at all. Unfortunate.

Was interested in a vehicle, called at least twice and they did not know where the car was, gave a vague response. Went to the lot 4 times to see the vehicle, they gave a vague response and never got to see it. They were NOT interested in selling.
