This place is AWFUL!!! I helped a friend avoid a repo and I took over his payments for him and by default I became a customer of this place. It all started with a Chevy 1500. While having the Chevy, I also got a Lexis too. Well after only a year the tranny blew in the Chevy. Being down to only the Lexis, I traded in the blown Chevy 1500 and got a Tahoe. They only gave me 500$ for my trade in and I had to pay 1000 down for the Tahoe. Only after 3 weeks the fuel pump went and they refused to help me in any kind of way. So I told them to just take it back and call it even. An agreement was made that I would not be in bad standing by giving back the Tahoe and my Lexis would not be subject to any kind of cross collateral. Well 6 weeks alter, and after JUST paying my regular monthly ONTIME payment on the Lexis, they came a repo'd it with out a phone call. I just called them 3 days prior to make my payment over the phone as I always do and NO ONE told me my Lexis was in jeopardy. So I called the cops and went down there, recorded ROBERT the collections manager and ripped him a new one! He refused to give me my contract or print out of the notes in the system where him and I had agreed that I can give back the Tahoe due to mechanical reasons and my Lexis would not be suject to repo. After an hour of fighting with him that what he did was ILLEGAL and demanding he give my car back and the cops being there, as well as me showing him he was being recorded the whole time, Robert finally said " Ohhhh yeah!! You're right!" and gave me my car back. Now, after a year of 2 failed cars and one that I had to fight tooth and nail for, it's time for me to inspect the Lexis and wouldn't ya know?? It wont pass!!! Why? because the Cataletyc Converter is bad... which by the way they said they FIXED 2 days after I bought it because the check engine light came on. Obviously it was NEVER fixed. The shop I took it too said there has NEVER been any work done on it. So now I have a car that is not legal to drive and will cost me 2200$ to fix and Thrid Coast will not fix what they said they fixed a year ago....Just awesome... This company is unreal and all that work there are cons. Sunny is the lead mechanic and he is soo effing rude and blows me off the phone when I call about fixing it. I hate this company and hope they go bankrupt by getting sued.

yea they have options for financing, but the truck they sold me has been having lots of problems it doesnt want to start at all i barely notice the truck had been in an accident before, so when i called the dealership to c if they could help me with my problem they started calling diffrent ppl and i never got a response back. so now im stuck at heb with my babys its hot n have no way of making this dumb truck work on top of that i havent even finished paying of the truck!! but ive invested to much money and dont know what to do from here?! Enrique when he sold me the truck said that any mechanical problems they would help right away, and that i could pay back in payments, but from what ive seen and heard this past week they arent even trying to help.. Tuff desision i have to make now pay to get this truck fixed and the payment is coming up as well... SMH
