The car started giving me issues a month after purchasing. The people are really rude and the entire business is a rip-off! The worst decision I have ever made when it comes to automobiles was choosing Time Auto.

after my car was diagnosed by one of their mechanics I was told I needed a new engine. $3k ! Second opinion told me it was the fuel pump $500. They tried to swindle me by this diagnosis and they even offered to finance it to me for the length remaining on my loan. These people take advantage of people with less than perfect credit and lack of automobile knowledge.

I only gave it one star because I couldn’t give it zero! Stay FAR away from them. They are liers. Bought 2 cars from there. First one the check engine light came on 2 days after we drove off the lot with it. Turns out it was the Catalytic converter. The 2nd purchase I bought was seemed to be in really good condition and had low miles. I was driving back up to the lot a week later for them to put the tracker on it and I broke down on side of the road. Also was the catalytic converter. Decided to get it fixed and repeatedly had problem after problem and It STAYED in the shop. Finally got tired of putting so much money into it on top of my monthly payment so i called them to come get it. Because they never ended up putting the tracker on it she said she needed an address to come pick it up and if I didn’t provide an address it would be a repo. I gladly, without a problem, gave them the address. Checked my credit a month later and sure enough, they put it down as an involuntarily repossession. When I called to confront her she just kept saying “regardless of anything that was said you sent the car back so it’s a repo” ok, well sure as hell was involuntarily. Her response was “voluntary or involuntary... there’s no difference.” Long story short, if you want a decent vehicle AVIOD THIS PLACE!!!
