One month after signing contract and accepting our deposit, they called to say that our job didn’t look profitable enough. They finally returned our deposit. We are shocked and insulted. They are the absolute worst.

Approximately 3 years ago I hired Blue Pacific Pools to resurface my pool. After the job was finished I noticed that it was losing 1" of water a day, IN FEBRUARY! I contacted my salesman and he gave me the name of a company to inspect the pool. The inspector couldn't find a leak, now I know why. The inspector even came back a second time. The inspection cost me $700 and my pool still leaked. Last month I heard about a company called Austin Pro Leak. A man came out and did pressure testing on my pool, something the inspector that Blue Pacific recommended didn't do. I paid $ 2125 and now my pool doesn't leak. If you have your pool resurfaced and it leaks demand an inspection with pressure testing. Service: Remodeling

After checking around with multiple pool companies to see who could repair a crack in the surface of my pool, I ended up choosing Blue Pacific Pools. They were responsive, came out quickly to look at the crack and provided an estimate. They were easy to work with in scheduling the repair, but most importantly to me they were able to match the plaster nearly perfectly! Martin, who performed the repair, was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions while he performed the work. I'm really happy with the outcome and would hire again for any future work.

I thought I had posted a review a couple of years ago, but I don't see it here. We had purchased an inground pool in 2014, the pool is pictured in their photos. We had a very positive experience and ended up selling our home in 2016. My husband and I are always saying how much we miss it. We have a new place and can't wait until we can install a pool.
