Bob is the consummate professional general contractor. I have used him twice, once for a small job, a canopy replacement, and now for a kitchen remodel. He is extremely responsive, always calls or texts back. His crews are highly competent, clean, polite, and skilled. His prices are quite good as well. Bob isn't just a "face" man, he knows how to do all the trades and offers advice and steps in when needed. He keeps the work going quickly. From kitchen demo to installed cabinets, countertops, appliances, and running water was three weeks.

Loved that Bob was always on site making sure things are in order and working as scheduled. He provide daily updates and does a great job of ensuring jobs are completed as expected. Would use them again.

We hired Bob and Sunset Company for building our new pool. From the very beginning of the project, I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They listened carefully to my requests and worked tirelessly to ensure that every element of the design was exactly what I wanted. One of the most unique features of the pool was the redwood bridge that spans the width of the pool. I was thrilled with how they incorporated this element into the design, seamlessly blending it with the overall aesthetic of the backyard. Throughout the project, they faced unexpected challenges, however, they tackled these obstacles with ease and creativity, finding innovative solutions that ultimately resulted in an even better final product. All i can say is stay away from Bob Gibbins. He is unorganized, does not pay his subs, ask for draws and can't tell you for what the draws are for. Worst of all, he changes his price on you. i experienced the same as story as the other gentleman that gave him a poor rating. His project manager warned me halfway through our project that i might go sideways with him and i had my suspicions of his shady business like mind but i waited until halfway through my project before i fired him. i was not going to give him any more money. i found out after the fact, after I fired him that his subs disclosed them telling Bob, we want to do this right, and he was all about cutting corners and told them to do it his way or he would not pay them. Don't let his grandpa like friendliness fool you, it is a trap, and he does not care about giving you quality work. Save yourself a huge headache, time and most importantly your money!
