My first interaction with Prime and so far its been the best experience Ive had with a pool company since I had mine installed 8 years ago. Jeremy in particular was fantastic!

So I had originally given this company a 5 star review as Cameron was incredible to work with and he did great work. Unfortunately, the same can not be said about his manager Johnathan, who we met after we needed a repair. He rambles, says a thousand words without saying anything, and even though he had about 2 months to fix this problem, he still could not get it done in time for this big family event we are about to have. Going to be going to ABC for repairs/weekly cleaning from now on.

Switched over a few months ago miles better than any other pool company. Offers all the services you need to maintain and keep your pool in good shape.
