FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Pretty consistently the rudest FedEx location in North Austin. A few members of staff are friendly, but they are always new and never stay at this location. I suspect they transfer as soon as possible. No idea why they are so rude compared to every other FedEx, but the difference is stark. (Notably the assistant manager is only if the worst of all - highly recommend avoiding dealing with him) The only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is that this location does get a later pickup than a few of the other nearby stores

Exceptionally rude staff who will provide many excuses for providing bad quality service/product, including accusatory remarks. The last thing on their mind is to help the customer with what they walked into the store looking for.

Floor prices say one thing then packing counter charges triple that amount. Pack it yourself, they are nickel and diming everything since UPS is taking all the business.

First of all, I stopped going to UPS in 2022 because you guys (FedEx) provide so much better customer service (very friendly, helpful, and efficient) and your rates are way better! Because of the holidays, I've been going to FedEx quite frequently lately (this week: Monday, Wednesday, and tomorrow), and Ifran has been the employee who has taken care of me. Ifran is an utter delight, so personable, helpful, and patient. I have a spring in my step after I leave the store! Thank you FedEx, and thank you Ifran. I wish I could be allowed to give him a huge tip!
