        Kera was fantastic! I got there right at closing time, and rather than make me come back another time, she was kind enough to let me in & process my return. I wish more people & businesses had the mindset of truly helping out their customers. Thank you again, Kera, for your understanding & top-notch customer service!!

        The gentleman declared he couldn't even get into the system right now to process my return with a crass attitude.  It's  not his fault, but his attitude was comparable to a child crying for sympathy.

        I'd rate them a 0 if I had the chance. They lost a $600 camera and refuse to help at all, much less even take accountability. Now I'm having to purchase another camera due to THEIR mistake & shitty customer service. I'll never use this company again.

        40min past open on a saturday and there are no signs of life at this store. I read the other reviews and thought, maybe it will be fine today. Nope. If this place has this many problems with simply opening on their listed hours then it is being managed and staffed horribly.
