PRINTING AT UPS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, UPS SHOULD BE SUED IN A CLASS ACTION. First off, they tell you to use their computer, which charges you 3 dollars per minute to use, and their money drain starts from here. Their computer has a quick "Print" shortcut on the home screen that you think it there to help you make it quick and avoid overtime charges. Oh they're so sweet and considerate! You're dead wrong! The next screen they let you browse your files, and has a quick "Print" button on top, how nice! Wrong! You click it, immediately it starts printing, on a default setting of double sided black and white, without possibilities to configure, at all! And it doesn't warn you at all, you just get printed and charged! And then you realize you told them when you walked in that you wanted to print single sided color copies, and they didn't mention any defaults or guide you through you printing process, at all! Then you think okay maybe now I gotta open the PDFs and then print it there, should be no biggie. Wrong! The first time you try to open the PDF, their computer asks you to LOG IN TO YOUR ADOBE ACCOUNT and who the hell remembers their Adobe account and password??! Then you scratch your head while the time counts down waiting to charge you more immediately after your 3 minutes expires. Sorry bud, you're sheet out of luck! Then you think alright I'll try it again, and this time it opens your PDF without asking you to log in because they already had their money. And now you think you can finally print your stuffs per your own favorite setting. Wrong! When you hit print from the PDF viewer, a setting box does show up and you CANNOT SET SINGLE SIDED FROM THE SCREEN! Then you scratch your head again with anxiety, and finally decided to ask the question "how do you set single sided?" They tell you to click "Property" Alright I can finally set single-sided printing through the "Property" window and keep my wallet intact! Wrong! When you click on "Property" the whole window freezes! But the countdown clock does not!!! They just leave you there bleeding to poverty and watch you die inside. If anybody at this point tries to tell me if this is not a carefully designed money grab from UPS Corporate I dead straight won't believe you. I should have learned my lessons printing with UPS one year ago in a different store, but obviously it only went worse from there. I ended up spending 12 dollars printing 2 files about 20 pages that I could not use. I originally plan to print about 400 pages and now imagine how much money and paper it's gonna waste. I will NEVER print with UPS again. FedEx is much better! To UPS Corporate - if y'all need to raise prices to cover your bases, or if y'all care about your printing customer's user experience at all, just raised the printing price per page and do not leave this bad taste in your customer's mouth. You guys are lucky you have people working in the customer experience field like me that gives you advice you need, unlike other disappointed customers that simply just walk away and never return. Do better, UPS! P.s. the staff otherwise is courteous, nice environment and everything, they even offered to reprint for me free of charges, but UPS Corporate should just go.

The staff here make it worth coming back every time. Everyone is so friendly, so helpful with a smile on their face, and it seems genuine. Today, Elijah (not sure if thats the right spelling) helped me and he was so incredibly nice. I have never had a bad experience here.
