        I visited this location recently and had the best experience! I went in to ship a package and got so much more than that. I was greeted right away by the man behind the counter , Jerry, and his customer service was exemplary. He handled my shipping with professional and courteous diligence . I also had Amazon returns and his banter and humor put me at ease with the entire process. This location is the ONLY UPS I will do my business at!!

        I don't understand the 1-star reviews. People, waiting in line or having to pay a small fee for printing and/or packaging is not a big deal. I've never had a problem here.

        Like most reviews already said: awful service. They will charge you for everything. They will make sure that free return label isn’t actually free. No one UPS or mailing service in the area is this awful. Literally go anywhere else. The manager herself admitted they get these complaints all the time. Never coming back.
