I like this FedEx. Theres never really a line(at least whenever Ive been), its easy to get in and out, and the guy with glasses that works there was super helpful packing stuff for my shipment. Plus its right next to a new boba place if you need a fix

Went in to print a letter on a paper that had a design. The paper was a normal size paper, not thick, exactly the same type of regular white printing paper - only the one I used had a design. A guy from the counter rushed over to me asking if I needed help printing. I said no thank you, because I had printed before on these types of papers many times at the same location. He said sorry, but you can't do that, if you break the printer you aren't going to pay for it, so you can't print here. I said okay, no problem. He said yea, sorry, you won't pay for broken printers. I told him again, no problem, I'll just take my business else where. He just left. Guy seemed he was having a bad day, and wanted to provoke me. I didn't want to fuel him, so I just said no problem. I went to another FedEx location and showed them the paper, they allowed me to print it without a problem.

Big space and they always mess up my print order. There could be some planning done here for the prints sent over

Avoid if you are a woman and Frank is working. I had a baby and was looking for passport photos for her. He told me that their location doesn't do photos for babies. I questioned this, and a male customer the next register over, who happened to have his baby, chimed in that they had done his child's yesterday. Frank shrugged and told me he wouldn't do it. Luckily the customer pointed out a different gentleman that had done his kids and I went over and asked that man if he would take our baby's photo. The guy, I think was a manager, said sure but she needed to be in something darker. I went home and grabbed a darker onesie and they got it in the second take. Frank glowered at me the whole time. It's hard enough to find time a time that the baby is fed, napped, in a good mood and I can take off work to get these done. I'm so grateful to that customer for pointing out that Frank was lying about their services and that I was able to actually get them done, just with another employee.
