Moved to the area and I have 3 Rams that I always get serviced at different Ram dealerships. By far this is the worst one I've been to. Staff is clueless and especially Mindy in service is dumb as a box of rocks and shouldn't not be working around vehicles that she knows absolutely nothing about. Along with rude lake of customer service. I have been here 3-4 times and thought it would get better but keeps getting worse. I will now happily drive the extra time to a service center that actually respects customers and knows mopar services. Do not use!
