Original review from mid-late 2023: Took my jeep in for some problems I was having and Eder in service was great. He took notes, updated me, and answered any questions I had. They found some other smaller problems that were covered under a warranty and pick up was a breeze. Everyone here was really nice and helpful. Edit as of 3/18/24 now at 1 star from 5: Remie was incredibly difficult to work with. I originally scheduled my appointment with Eder because of past experiences with him but unfortunately ended up with Remie because he wasnt there the day of drop off. She hardly communicated whether through text or phone call. OVERCHARGED AND SCAMMED me for a service that I never requested nor was communicated with about. I absolutely did not need a new key fob for my vehicle, as I had never had issues with it, yet I was charged the $500 for it. Getting this resolved has been a hassle and has not been fixed yet as Remie feels the need to lie about communicating the key fob issue with me. Communication was lacking majorly. I would send a text and wouldnt get an actual response until I sent a follow up text. The singular time I called I was sent to voicemail and didnt get a response until I texted hours after. Incredibly disappointed with this service trip with South Point/Remie who would scam me like this. Edit as of 4/1/24: Bill and Ivin from the service department got this situation fixed. This will be the last Jeep I own

John Dromgoole our salesman was the best! He was so kind had everything in order he deserves all superb marks in every area. Will give our friends an family his name and dealership name, Thank you South Pointe and thank you John We purchased two jeeps already! What a great experience!
