Bought a jeep renegade about 5 months ago, it was explain to me that it came with manufacture warranty and free oil changes. I was explain that I could take it to any jeep dealership, so I did they did my oil change and had to paid for it as the place I got it from @Ed Payne weslaco they NEVER explain that is a contract with 3rd party contractor they refused to paid for the oil change when it was in warranty. Had to paid out of pocket in order for them to let me take my car. NO HELP FROM THEM @ED PAYNE OVER THE PHONE. NOW I KNOW IM NOT MAKING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Worst experience ever. Purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona by sales person Jerry Valle. Was told the vehicle had one pervious owner come to find out we were the 3rd owners of this vehicle. We spoke to both sales person Jerry Valle and sales manager pedro Alvarez that we had major electrical problems such as trunk was open when it was completely closed, heater wouldn't engage, tire sensor's were off, air vents completely trash, dash lights went hay wire, was also told car-fax came back clean. Turns out it had previous hail damage. We had the vehicle for less than 24 hours before going straight into the shop. Was told part was ordered 3 different times in the same month, turns out part was never ordered. We've had a loaner for 3 months till now and made payments for a vehicle we haven't even had. We took it in Monday June 5, 2023 because the loaner we have the plates were expired turns out the sales manager Pedro Alvarez didn't know we had this loaner. Insisted we turn in loaner due lack of communication within his staff. Told sales manager pedro Alvarez that we are very unhappy about this situation and yet were still paying on a vehicle we can't drive.
