Went to get my Jeep’s seatbelts fixed as well as the 12V DC power outlet fixed. They lied and said I didn’t have any warranty on my jeep, despite it being a 2020 and having less than 36,000 miles on it. So they said because I have no warranty, I will have to be charged. They tested the DC outlet and said it worked. They also said they fixed the seatbelts. I call them the day after I pick up my car and talk to the finance department, who then confirmed I had warranty on my car. I also tested the seatbelts and nothing was changed. I even went out and got another DC outlet charger, as they said nothing was wrong with it and to just replace my existing charger. Wasted money and time as not even a new charger worked. I talked to the service department who refused to give me a refund unless I showed up to the dealership for them to check their work. I live an hour away, so coming in would be an extreme waste of gas and time. I offered to send them videos as well as offer numerous times to go on facetime or any other type of live video to prove that they didn’t do anything to my car. They refused. Horrible customer service and misleading
