Bill due date changes every month and theyre sure to zap you a late fee. They charge extra to pay online. Terrible company.

If I could give this company zero starts I would. This company is practically stealing money and ripping off their customers. For starters, they refuse to refund deposits until AFTER the account is closed. Not a year later, but until the account is closed. Mind you, the deposit is $375 and I'v now been at my residence 7 years... what other company holds on to deposits for years??? Absolutely ridiculous!! And they keep changing the due date on our accounts by moving it up several days... Last month my bill was due on the 17th and this month it's due on the 13th, and now I have a late fee on my account! WORST company ever to have to deal with, just a bunch of crooks!!!!

I saw all the reviews and things haven't changed, so I'm leaving another one to show people this company has not been responsive to all the poor customer service or ratings.  Unfortunately, we don't have an alternative to drop them.  A monthly service fee that has gone up, but is still not explained and is the same, even in the summer seems ridiculous.  The billing due dates change month to month (they admit to this), so you can't lock in on when your bill is due.  Late fees even if your bank check is dated prior to the due date and if you do try autopay, there is a 3% fee for that! This is sad and wrong that these same issues have been plaguing responsible bill-paying adults for more than 15 years.
