Waited for a very long time before receiving service, even though there werent that many cars. I had to complain and then they put me in another bay to get faster service. The guy tried to sell me over $350 worth of other fluids in addition to my oil change. He said it sounds like a lot but its really not I think $350 plus the $75 is quite a lot. When I declined and told him Id prefer to stick with just the oil change he seemed annoyed. They did do a good job however in getting my car serviced. But I think they could move a bit faster and not have all these pressure sales tactics where you end up spending a fortune.

Friendly staff. Efficient. There was a bit of a wait but this was due to the number of customers waiting. Liked that the staff was aware of the flow so that when one car left without getting service, they shuffled the cars around so that those that were there first got serviced first.
