Dont go here whatever you do. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and always trusted them and thought they did good work. I was wrong. I had a check engine light and I used my own OBD to see what was going on. It seemed like a pretty minor repair after doing all my research. I drop the car with Chelsies and they call me back with an astronomical estimate. Normally to save time I would just let them do the work. This time I decided to make a few calls and immediately found a highly rated shop at 1/3 the price of Chelsies. I went to get my car and I talked with the owner Chelsie about it. I explained that I had been a loyal customer. He did not care. I explained the cost difference and that it was disappointing to have to take my car somewhere else. He did not care. He charged me a ridiculous diagnostic fee that was as much as the repair. His diagnosis was the same as mine that I did for free! I told him that was going to be big mistake if he charged me for it and it is. Make sure you do not go to this shop. This guy is a clown. When did good customers start not mattering? Not sure how much these shysters stole from me over the years but its significant. I hope I just saved you some time and money.
