Racially challenged and over priced. Called to request a quote for an alignment for a 2wd pickup and was quoted $100 over local competitors' price. I initially wanted to ask why the exorbitant increase in cost for service, but when I remembered the introductory unpleasant greeting when my voice was heard over the phone, I declined to ask. I went there before doing a road trip, and I had them check the car. They filled the tires (including the spare), and checked everything. I was supposed to be charged around $80. The guy in front desk told me that my car was completely fine, and then he gave me the keys and told me to put the money towards the trip!!

I want to give a shout out to Advancec Automotive . I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them to evaluate some transmission issues I was experiencing. After looking at the vehicle, they dissuaded me from moving forward with my expected repairs because they did not think it was necessary. Ive always found Advanced Automotive to be thoughtful and careful about how they spend my money. I am grateful for their expertise.
