        Masters swim program is so welcoming! Coach Mikey brings the perfect balance of challenging workouts and encouragement to improve. So glad I jumped in!

        I love, love, love the Town Lake YMCA! My family joined a month ago and we are kicking ourselves for not having joined sooner. They have so many amenities- huge indoor pool, small indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, locker rooms with showers, basketball gym, weight room, all the exercise equipment you could dream of, multiple class rooms for everything from Zumba to yoga to core strength and weight classes. My favorites so far are Cardio Dance Funk and Yogalates. My boys love the weights and exercise equipment. My husband likes a variety of classes and weights and rowing machine. He and I went on a quick walk along Lady Bird Lake after our class yesterday morning. It's just so great! The people are chill and it's great for people of all ages.
