Great cleaning service. Very kind and professional. They clean my Airbnb weekly and are able to accommodate my schedule and work with me to understand how I would like the home to look for my guests. I can trust they will clean the home to a hotel standard.

Prime Cleaners, Jeremiah especially, was awesome. The first couple that was supposed to come today ended up having the flu, but Jeremiah sent another couple in place of them, for same time & day. It was Renata & Ariel. They were prompt and on time. The disappointing part was the language barrier, that was I was promised they both spoke English. Ariel did not at all, but Renata could understand English but counted speak it. We used a translator app so that helped a lot. They were both efficient and did a great job, for most of it, However, I paid additional fee bc I have two cats and there are still little fur balls in finding on carpet. Also I was in my living room while they were working, but never saw any vacuum it (carpet, yuck). So via translator app, I asked Renata about bc they were about to leave and she had husband vacuum it. Ariel did an extra favor for me in my sons room, as my cats tore down a side of the curtain rod, and he actually put them back up for me, bc I had a drill. Was very appreciative of that!!! As I was putting it off for several months, but intended to do it myself, eventually. So I was very pleased at him for doing that for me. Kitchen counter tops feel a little grimy like maybe not cleaned?!? but the sink and microwave are immaculate. All in all, they were awesome despite those few LITTLE things. Definitely going to use Prime Cleaning again in future. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.
