Good hotel but they need to increase the elevator number. Excruciating waits for elevators.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Austin, either for work or pleasure. The location is perfect, the rooms have always been immaculate and clean, there are a lot of good amentities (pool, hot tub, Starbucks in the lobby, etc.), and the staff have always been nothing but helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Austin!

Valet hit my car, $8000 of damages, and neither the valet nor the hotel will help.
DO NOT GO HERE WITH ANY CAR THATS VALUABLE. They either park in public lot - or do not care at all in their own lots.
If they are willing to cut corners in valet, what else are they cutting corners in?

Very noisy place... there's conferences happening all the time, the security guards are negligent and let ppl make noise on yhe corridors at 2am 3 am... total absurd... no diamond member lounge... this hotel is bad...

Rooms are noisy when they have the connecting door. The gym more than half of the threadmils are broken. It takes forever to get the elevator, big lines, they have 6 elevators but only 2 are working. Lots of homeless people around, didn't feel it's a safe location. Do not book this hotel!
