I've stayed at Courtyard Marriots nicer than this place. Where do I start? Valet is the only option for parking. Fine. It's $65 per day. Dang, that's expensive, but fine. The valet service (according to the hotel) is a "3rd party vendor" and is not associated with the hotel so the hotel can't really take responsibility for them. Not only does the valet not help you with your bags ($65 per day) they are rude. In fact one of them got extremely confrontational with me when I asked (multiple times) where my car was. Enough is enough. We made reservations at Geraldines (the restaurant in the hotel) through the hotel. Arrive for our meal and they don't have our reservation. So the hotel did not ACTUALLY make the reservation. They just told me they did. Unreal. Luckily the restaurant was eventually able to accommodate us but they did not want to and they were not happy about it. The rooms are small and basic. TV in the rooms is very small. Water pressure was going in and out throughout our stay and even would run out of hot water at times. 4 out 10 -- do not recommend with so many other good options. I don't see how this place will make it.

Cool hotel - but the noise from Rainy Street kept us up until 3 AM every night - definitely would not stay here again

Walkability: Great location
Food & drinks: Geraldine's is amazing with live music each night.

Noise (daytime and evening) and construction in the area is a drawback. Very nice hotel overall.
Rooms: Nice rooms
